Carbis Bay Spring Feast: Carbis Bay Hotel and Estate

I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Carbis Bay Spring Feast Night, hosted by Carbis Bay Estate, to celebrate the arrival of spring and all its delights. Immersed in a truly stunning beachside setting, we enjoyed a night filled with live cooking and music by Poncho Dan (@poncho_dan_music). The ambience was perfect, with the gentle sounds of waves and the aroma of delicious food in the air.

The feast included six stunning dishes, each one a culinary masterpiece. The highlight of the evening was undoubtedly the mouthwatering lamb spit roast, which took centre stage. The beautiful flavours of the roasted lamb were accompanied by the refreshing homemade elderflower wine - and yes, I asked for the recipe!

A spring evening in Cornwall couldn't get any better than this. The combination of delectable food, breathtaking surroundings, and a vibrant atmosphere made it the perfect way to welcome Spring.

I highly recommend keeping an eye out for Carbis Bay's future feast nights. While the menu may change, I assure you that the upcoming events will be just as incredible. Trust me when I say that the team behind Carbis Bay Estate knows how to create memorable experiences.
